Ahmad al Hamoud was born in 1970 in Deir ez-Zor, Syria. In 1998 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Damascus University. He participated in several group exhibitions, among which the Syrian Annual Spring Fair, Damascus, from 2001 until 2007. His solo exhibitions include two shows, in 2006 and 2010, at the Art House, Damascus; and a showcase at the Du Be Gallery, France, 2009.
